Dwelling GFA - Dwelling GFA refers to the Gross Floor Area of the dwelling. The Dwelling GFA calculation does not include deck, garage or alfresco areas.
Thermally Broken Windows - Thermally Broken Double Glazed Windows are the gold standard when it comes to the most energy efficiency glass windows and doors. This design was created with Thermally Broken windows and is included with the total price.
Covered Decks - This means that the Covered Deck is included in the total price for this design. Using only Australian Premium hardwood with a steel or timber frame. Free upgrade to recycled Australian Hardwood Decking.
Cathedral Ceilings - This is a design feature included in the total value of this design. Cathedral Ceilings are essentially a symmetrical ceiling where two sloping sides meet at a ridge in the middle of the room.

In selecting the external wall finishes such as brick, cement sheeting, weatherboard or Colorbond, we have created a simple, easy to use guide. One of the essential features of our business is that you can select the external wall style and colours in the design process.
You are not locked into the style of Design 1340. If you like the footprint but want a different look and feel we can easily accommodate that in the design process.

It’s our commitment to build you a world-class and high-quality residential project with a fixed-price agreement.
Project values fall into three distinct categories:
Build price – This is to build a turnkey project with all inclusions and additions ready to move into and nothing left to spend.
Planning costs – These include payment of all insurances, ACT Government fees, and legal occupancy certificates.
Site works – These include connecting additional sewage, stormwater, electrical line, and excavation and preparation of a standard block (80% fall into this category).
