Included in every project:

• Floor to ceiling tiles in all bathrooms and ensuites
• Average EER:7 Stars minimum EER:6 Stars
• Free insulation upgrade
• Option to select timber or steel building frames
• Granite kitchen benchtops

Some of our standard allowances:

• Double glazed, aluminum windows and doors with the ability to upgrade to uPVC - primary trade partner Monaro Windows
• Carpet allowance $50 per sqm
• Timber, laminate, vinyl, carpet or bamboo flooring with supply and installation allowance of $100 per sqm
• Luxaflex roller blinds

In selecting the external wall finishes such as brick, cement sheeting, weatherboard or Colorbond, we have created a simple, easy to use guide. One of the essential features of our business is that you can select the external wall style and colours in the design process.

You are not locked into the style of Design 1300. If you like the footprint but want a different look and feel we can easily accommodate that in the design process.

• It’s our commitment to build you a world-class and high-quality residential project with a fixed-price agreement.

  Project values fall into three distinct categories:

  Build price – This is to build a turnkey project with all inclusions and additions ready to move into and nothing left to spend.

  Planning costs – These include payment of all insurances, ACT Government fees, and legal occupancy certificates.

  Site works – These include connecting additional sewage, stormwater, electrical line, and excavation and preparation of a standard block (80% fall into this category).

  As an example, the values of the three components to build Design 1300 are listed below:

• Build price – $164,211.71 inclusive of GST
• Planning costs – $19,419.25 inclusive of GST, approximately 10% of the value of the total project
• Site works – $12,113.63 inclusive of GST, approximately 6% of the value of the total project
• Total value – $195,744.59 inclusive of GST
